I am an English–Spanish translator with a strong academic and professional background in language, communication, and translation. I am currently an advanced student of English Translation at the National University of La Plata, where I have developed solid skills in textual analysis, register adaptation, and terminological accuracy.
Since 2019, I have worked professionally with English in both educational and translation contexts. Alongside my academic training, I have experience as a freelance translator, translating and revising emails, presentations, academic texts, and personal documents from English into Spanish and vice versa. This work has strengthened my attention to detail, consistency, and ability to adapt texts to different audiences and purposes.
In addition to my translation work, I have several years of experience as an English teacher and private tutor, working with children, teenagers, and adults. Teaching has given me a deep understanding of language use, tone, and clarity, as well as the ability to explain and restructure content so that it sounds natural and accessible in the target language, an essential skill for high-quality literary and non-literary translation.
I work comfortably with CAT tools and digital platforms, and I am experienced in remote collaboration, meeting deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with clients. I value accuracy, readability, and respect for the author’s voice, and I strive to produce translations that feel natural to Spanish/English-speaking readers while remaining faithful to the original text.
I am particularly interested in collaborating with authors who are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented translator who is committed to delivering clear, polished, and culturally appropriate translations. I approach each project with professionalism, organization, and a genuine passion for language.
