I'm a certified translator and I've got bachellor degree in Linguistics and American Literature

Hello everyone, this is Thais Amorim Gonçalo, brazilian, a native Portuguese speaker. I've been working as a tranlator and text editor and for many years, I' had been working for a Translation Portuguese company and also for some random but consistent clientele. I also worked as a school teacher, language coach and tutor in languages such as English and Spanish. I'm fluent in italian and I have an intermediate knowledge on German, which allows me to comprehend not only simple types of texts but also those of intermeadiate depth and complexity.  Before  I decided to study Linguistcs and American and English Literature I attended the Law school, a very decisive and important academic moment, in which I could learn specifc legal terms, concepts and definitions that are surely useful as a foundation and resources for some texts that are correlated to the Law universe.. My goal is to keep working as a translator, editor and also proofreader in order to enhance the liguistics skills I've been acquiring all through these years so that I could turn myself into a competent contributor for the better understanding of the human communication process.
